Men Are All the Same – A Dr. Seuss Style Poem
by Deborrah Cooper
Men are the same when they’re in a bar.
Men are the same when they’re in a car.
Men are the same, it’s the way they think!
Women just wonder “do you know your feet stink?”
Men are the same when viewed from afar.
Men are the same… sometimes rather bizarre!
Men are the same whether short or tall.
Men are the same in the park or the mall.
Men are the same, don’t you agree?
Men are the same, even the way they pee!
Men are the same and think they are cool
Women roll their eyes: “look at this fool!”
Men are the same, to that I attest.
Men are the same, from the East to the West.
Men are the same, black, white or brown.
Men are the same, “woman take off that nightgown!”
Men are the same on the earth or the moon.
Men are the same, won’t commit very soon!
Men are the same, from youth to old age.
Men are the same, at every life stage.
Men are the same, how they work… how they play.
Men are the same, “I’ll do it later, okay?”
Men are the same, Ahmed Juan Ming or Joe.
Men are the same, how could you not know?
Men are the same, silly and corny.
Men are the same, whether hungry or horny.
Men are the same, from here to there.
Men are the same every where!
