Never Farted In Front of His Wife

Dear Ms. HeartBeat:
What do you think about this statement from a family friend: "I have never farted in front of my wife." I found this to be very odd. And oddly enough, they are no longer married, which does not surprise me one bit.

Yeah, I agree with you. You have to let loose and just BE with your mate. Farting, vomiting, pooping, urination, belching… harking and spitting, grumbling stomachs, red noses, hair jacked up, no makeup, pimples and rashes… all of that.

If you start trying to hide and keep company manners with your spouse, you will never relax into the relationship and be really comfortable.

A mate relationship should feel like you are coming home. If you feel like you are a "visitor" in your relationship and always on your Ps and Qs, that is a real problem.

True intimacy would never have a chance to develop unless you feel comfortable enough to let it all hang out.
